Shikarpur—Shikarpur police have recovered 145 kg super quality hashish on a tip-off at Shikarpur-Larkana Indus highway near Manchar Shah Shaheed in the limits of Stuart gang police station here on Saturday.
According to details, a special police party headed by SHO Stuart gang Imam Bakhsh Lashari conducted a raid on tip-off on a car bearing No. ADP-327 and recovered 145 kg good quality hashish while arrested seven persons including two women identified as Jamalul Uddin Noorez, Abdul Ghaffar Mashwani, Abdul Manan, Abdul Manaf, Muhammad Afzal and two women identified as Shah Sultana and Bibi Jaan all of the residents of Quetta.
Addressing a press conference DSP Saeed Ahmed Shaikh said that on a tip-off police have blockade the area but when police saw that, a truck was coming from front side while dragging an out of order car according to their tactics, who had on their way towards Larkana when police signaled them to stop, they said that their car is out of order therefore they are searching motor mechanic.
However, police have recovered huge quantity of hashish worth Rs15million in International market.
