A man was arrested at Allahabad railway station with 4.2 kg of opium valued at Rs 85 lakh in the international market, silver jewellery and four mobile phones.

The accused, identified as Satish Kumar, is a resident of Rohtak in Haryana. He was the kingpin of a gang involved in smuggling opium, marijuana and liquor to adjoining states of Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and other places.
