Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has conducted nine countrywide operations and seized huge cache of drugs weighing 9.551 ton amounting to Rs 24.76 billion internationally. The force also rounded up seven persons during operations involved in drug trafficking and impounded four vehicles being used in transportation of drugs. 

The seized drugs comprised 5793.5 Kg opium, 2246.3 Kg heroin and 1511.2 Kg hashish. The ANF Quetta in three separate mega intelligence based operations carried out at Qilla Abdullah and Panjgur, seized 9.539 ton narcotics.
