Kashmir Police on Thursday busted a major narcotics-terror module, arresting three persons and seizing 21kg heroin and Rs 1.34 crore cash.

“On reliable information, Handwara Police have busted a Pakistan sponsored narco terror module and arrested three terrorist associates of proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba,” a police spokesperson said.

The arrested have been identified as Ab Moomin Peer, son of late Mohd
Ashraf Peer, Islam Ul Haq Peer, son of Mohd Ashraf Peer of Waskura Handwara, and Syed Iftikhar Indrabi, son of Syed Ateequlla Indrabi of Laribal Rajwar Handwara in Kupwara District.
