On December 23, 2021, the Special State Prosecution indicted the Podgorica-based owner of the company San Francisco, Krstovic and his daughter Marina, for drug smuggling.

Higher Court Judge Vesna Kovacevic said the police didn’t provide enough evidence that the cocaine was ordered by Krstovic and his daughter.
