La déclaration de l’attaché des Douanes françaises à Madrid, Monsieur Jean Paul Garcia ne laisse absolument aucun doute sur le fait que j’agissais comme agent infiltré.  “The Defence in its alegations, opposes the extradition, stating that the defendant is a customs informer, acting as an undercover agent, verified by documents and by a statement made by Jean Paul GARCIA, Customs Attaché at the French Embassy in Madrid, ant that according to his statement he declared this in the name of the director General of Customs in France.” Cette déclaration a été faite devant les magistrats de l’Audience nationale de Madrid.
