SupplantĂ© par Africa Corps sur le continent depuis la mort de son fondateur, Evgueni Prigojine, le groupe de mercenaires russes Wagner poursuit et diversifie ses opĂ©rations en RĂ©publique centrafricaine, oĂč il est prĂ©sent depuis 2018. Notamment en Ă©coulant du tramadol, utilisĂ© comme “cocaĂŻne du pauvre”, dĂ©crit “The Wall Street Journal”.
