Three people were arrested on drug charges as part of a narcotics operation in Lincolnton on Friday.

Officials arrested Donald Joseph Gaul, 52, Sandra Lynn Gaul, 46,  and William Elton Patterson, 45, after a six-month-long undercover operation.
