BUFFALO, N.Y. — U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan, New York Division announced today that Lamario Mills, a/k/a Rio, 32, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of possessing with intent to distribute, and distributing, 500 grams or more of cocaine, was sentenced to serve 103 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
NEWARK, N.J. – Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s New Jersey Division, Susan A. Gibson, and U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, announced a Passaic County, New Jersey, man today admitted possessing and distributing fentanyl.

NEWARK, N.J. – Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s New Jersey Division, Susan A. Gibson, and U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito announced a Paterson, New Jersey, man was sentenced today to 70 months in prison for conspiring to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin, and distributing a quantity of heroin.

SEATTLE – A federal felon, arrested for violating his supervised release, faces new prison time following his guilty plea to drug and gun possession charges. Joshua Lobben, 32, pleaded guilty today in U.S.
KANSAS CITY, Kan. – A Kansas man was sentenced today to 167 months in federal prison for selling heroin mixed with fentanyl to a man who overdosed and died.
Ramon Strickland, 44, Kansas City, Kan., pleaded guilty to one count of distributing heroin/fentanyl resulting in death.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – U.S. Attorney John C. Anderson today announced the federal indictments of 18 individuals in the Roswell, New Mexico, area on charges ranging from distribution of methamphetamine to money laundering. The charges are contained three separate indictments totaling 66 counts.
HOUSTON – A 28-year-old Mexican citizen who illegally resided in Houston is set to appear in federal court on charges of conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute meth, announced Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Steven S. Whipple, Houston Division and U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick.
Eduardo Leon-Mata is a suspected member of the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación. Today, he is set for an arraignment and detention hearing at 3 p.m. before U.S. Magistrate Andrew M. Edison.
