Agentes de la Policía Nacional han detenido en la localidad alicantina de Torrevieja a un hombre de nacionalidad polaca, de 27 años, en cumplimiento de una orden europea de detención y entrega emitida por las autoridades polacas.
Acusado de formar parte de una organización criminal dedicada al tráfico de drogas y a la producción de grandes cantidades de sustancias psicotrópicas, en particular 3-CMC y 4-CMC, el detenido se encargaba de la eliminación y el transporte, en contra de la normativa vigente, de residuos y sustancias en cantidades superiores a 7.000 litros, incluyendo tolueno, metilamina, ácido clorhídrico y diclorometano, ha indicado la Policía Nacional en un comunicado.

The Spanish National Police (Policía Nacional), in collaboration with Europol and six other European partners, have arrested two senior members of the notorious Serbian « Vračar Clan », dismantling a key faction of the group.
The clan leader was apprehended in Barcelona on 18 October, followed by the arrest of his lieutenant on 22 October. Both were wanted for charges including murder, attempted murder and kidnapping of rival gang members in Serbia, Austria, Germany and Spain.
The clan leader was considered one of Europe’s most wanted and dangerous fugitives.
The » VračarClan », a sub-clan of the “Kavač” one, has been involved in a violent feud with the rival « Škaljari Clan » since 2014, resulting in over 60 deaths. This conflict began following the seizure of a large cocaine shipment at the Port of Valencia.
Europol played a key role in the operation, focusing on intelligence development and operational support. Its experts collaborated with Austrian, German, and Serbian authorities to analyse the suspects’ encrypted communications, leading to their identification and eventual capture. As part of this effort, Serbian police officers were deployed to Europol in 2021 to work on these targets.
In the past month, Europol, with the support of the European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST), coordinated the efforts of law enforcement agencies in Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Spain, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which ultimately led to the arrests.
Both suspects now face extradition and are expected to be prosecuted for their involvement in several high-profile murders.

Et aujourd’hui, en 2024, on constate les terribles ravages produits.
Au total, les policiers de l ‘Escouade nationale de répression du crime organisé (ENRCO), très active dans la grande région de Québec depuis le début de la semaine, ont annoncé avoir arrêté 11 personnes et saisi près de 51 kilos de cocaïne dans le cadre de plusieurs opérations distinctes.
Les policiers sont également à la recherche de Simon-Anthony Belley-Roy, âgé de 34 ans, qui se trouverait à l’étranger.
La première opération, menée au poste-frontière de Guergarat, a permis de saisir 197 bidons de cocaïne soigneusement cachés à l’intérieur d’un camion de fret international en provenance d’un pays d’Afrique subsaharienne, pesant au total 55 kilogrammes et 950 grammes. Le conducteur, âgé de 55 ans, a été arrêté.
Lors d’une deuxième opération de sécurité au port de Tanger Med, la police et les douaniers ont saisi 14 canettes de cocaïne, pesant au total 16 kilogrammes et 230 grammes.
