J’ai revu cette fiction et n’ai pu que constater, une fois encore, l’écart important entre la réalité de mon action d’infiltré et les faits rapportés.

Le titre de ce film devait être « L’AVISEUR » et Gilles Lellouche devait s’appeler Marc Fievet. Après l’intervention du DG Jérôme Fournel, Dimitri Rassam a donc accepté de changer le titre et le nom du rôle principal malgré l’opposition formelle du scénariste Abdel Raouf Dafri.

Dans la foulée, les dialogues ont été réécrits par Gilles Lellouche et Tahar Rahim…

Rien n’a été respecté, ni le temps, ni les lieux! Et l’ interprétation de Gilles Lellouche, qui n’a pas voulu me rencontrer, peut-être pour ne pas avoir à modifier le « jeu » qu’il a tenu qui ne correspondait en rien à ce que je fus durant ces années d’infiltration.

Quant aux promesses non respectées de la Douane française, elles sont à peine abordées, laissant le spectateur sur sa faim. Cette lâcheté et ce refus d’assumer la moindre responsabilité ne sont que pratiques courantes pour ces occupants des étages supérieurs de Bercy.

Aujourd’hui, mon dossier est toujours classé « Secret défense ».

Le fait que d’anciens douaniers, l’ex patron de la DNRED Jean Henri Hoguet, l’ex patron de la DNRED Jean Puons et mon officier traitant Christian Gatard qui ont témoigné en ma faveur n’ont pu être entendus par la toute puissante DG pose problèmes évidemment.

A qualified pilot who used his light aircraft in a bid to smuggle cocaine into the UK has been jailed for nine years following a National Crime Agency investigation.

Pilot Anastasios Balian, 52, and accomplice Errol McCardo Weir, 49, admitted trying to bring 30kg of the Class A drug into the country after being stopped by Border Force officers on 20 March this year, at North Weald airfield in Epping, Essex, after landing from Belgium via Calais.

Officers searched the small plane and discovered a concealment had been built into the rear seats. Inside it were 30 1kg blocks of cocaine with a street value of about £2.4m.

The final member of a drugs smuggling gang who attempted to import cocaine with a street value of £42 million into the UK on a small boat has been jailed.

National Crime Agency officers arrested 40-year-old Didier Tordecilla Reyes at a hotel in Lelley, East Yorkshire, in May last year.

Colombian national Reyes, of no fixed UK abode, had stayed overnight in the hotel with two other men who conspired with him to smuggle the class A drug: 24-year-old Mark Moran and 25-year-old Daniel Livingstone, both from Argyll and Bute.

NCA investigators found the drugs, which weighed 524 kilos, stashed inside a hire van parked outside.

Reyes acted as a contact with Colombian drug cartels and flew in to the UK especially to participate in the smuggling attempt.

He and Moran had sailed a RHIB (rigid hulled inflatable boat) from the Hessle slipway before returning hours later with the drugs haul and unloading it at a beach near Easington caravan park.
