SAN FRANCISCO – The United States Attorney’s Office charged Gage Pascoe with the distribution of pills containing fentanyl that resulted in the overdose death of his customer, announced United States Attorney David L. Anderson and Special Agent in Charge Daniel C. Comeaux, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

BUFFALO, N.Y. — U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan, New York Division announced that Troy R. Gillon, 46, of Lockport, NY, who was convicted of narcotics conspiracy following an eight week jury trial, was sentenced to serve 25 years in prison by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo.

Federal, state and local authorities have arrested 13 individuals, including current and former University of Texas (UT) students, charged in connection with trafficking LSD, fentanyl and methamphetamine pills to UT students in Austin.

TAMPA, Fla. – Adan Barajas Maldonado (35, Mexico) was sentenced to 25 years in prison for conspiring to distribute controlled substances and for possessing a gun to further his drug trafficking enterprise. Maldonado had pleaded guilty on October 30, 2019.
Edwar Rodriguez (32, New York), one of Maldonado’s assistants, was sentenced to 11 years and 3 months in prison for his role in the same drug distribution conspiracy. Rodriguez had pleaded guilty on August 27, 2020.

In El Paso today, federal authorities arrested 23-year-old El Paso police officer Monica Garcia for allegedly helping a local drug distributor to further his criminal enterprise, announced U.S. Attorney Gregg N. Sofer; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent in Charge Kyle Williamson, El Paso Division; and El Paso Police Chief Greg Allen.
WICHITA, Kan. – A Dodge City, Kansas, man was sentenced today to 10 years in federal prison for methamphetamine trafficking.
Danny Del Real, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of distributing methamphetamine.
In October 2018, a confidential informant working with the Dodge City Police Department paid Del Real $5,000 to purchase approximately a pound of methamphetamine. When tested, the package contained the equivalent of about eight-tenths of a pound of pure methamphetamine.
