Drogue: 130 kilos de marijuana découverts dans le Primorié (FSKN)

Les policiers du Primorié (Extrême-Orient russe) ont découvert dans une ferme à l’abandon de la région Okriabrski près de 130 kilos de marijuana et 80 litres d’huile de haschisch, annonce mardi l’antenne régionale du Service fédéral russe de contrôle des stupéfiants (FSKN).
« Dans le cadre de l’opération « Pavot-2014″, les policiers ont découvert sur le territoire d’une ferme laissée à l’abandon dans un village de la région Oktiabrski une cache recelant près de 130 kilos de marijuana et 80 litres d’huile de haschisch préparés pour la vente. Il est déjà établi que la drogue appartient à un habitant d’Oussouriïsk et deux habitants locaux », indique le FSKN.
Une action pénale a été intentée, les coupables risquent une peine de dix ans de prison.

SEP 15 (JACKSONVILLE, Fla.) – U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard sentenced Arnold Clayton (42, Sanderson) to 19 years and six months in federal prison for one count of distributing cocaine base and cocaine, and for violating his supervised release in a prior federal case. Clayton was also sentenced to a term of six years of supervision, after his release from prison. Clayton pleaded guilty on June 9, 2014.
According to court documents, on July 13, 2012, Clayton sold cocaine base and cocaine to a confidential source for $320. Clayton was sentenced as a career offender because of his two previous federal drug convictions. On July 27, 1999, Clayton was sentenced to almost five years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base. On August 16, 2007, he was sentenced to over eight years in federal prison for distribution of cocaine base. Clayton was still on supervised release for the 2007 case when he distributed cocaine base and cocaine in the current case.
This investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Baker County Sheriff’s Office. It was prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.

Canadian citizen Armitdeep Mann, 33, of Toronto, Canada, was sentenced today to five years and one month
SEP 15 (FRESNO, Calif.) – Canadian citizen Armitdeep Mann, 33, of Toronto, Canada, was sentenced today to five years and one month in prison by United States District Judge Anthony W. Ishii for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine.
According to court documents, between July 1, 2012, and September 21, 2012, Mann and others conspired to smuggle cocaine into Canada by concealing it in legitimate cargo. On September 21, 2012, agents followed one of Mann’s co-conspirators as he went to Los Angeles to deliver eight kilograms of cocaine. Law enforcement seized that cocaine and arrested Mann and additional defendants. A search warrant at the Los Angeles residence where authorities believed the eight kilograms of cocaine had been stored resulted in the seizure of an additional 40 kilograms of cocaine. Mann has been held in custody without bail since his arrest.
On April 7, 2014, co-conspirator Manjot Nanner, 32, of Fresno, was sentenced to one year and 10 months in prison, and on June 2, 2014, co-conspirator Vincent Rivaz-Felix, 29, of Los Angeles, was sentenced to four years and three months in prison for the conspiracy.
This case was the product of an investigation by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, the Drug Enforcement Administration, Fresno Police Department, and the Fontana and Vernon Police Departments. Assistant United States Attorney Kevin Rooney prosecuted the case.
This case was part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). The OCDETF Program was established in 1982 to conduct comprehensive, multi-level attacks on major drug trafficking and money laundering organizations. The principal mission of the OCDETF program is to identify, disrupt, and dismantle the most serious drug trafficking and money laundering organizations and those primarily responsible for the nation’s drug supply
