BOSTON – A Stoughton man was sentenced yesterday in federal court in Boston for distributing fentanyl and crack cocaine.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – DEA New England Division Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and Leonard C Boyle, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that Elkie Crump, also known as “40,” 39, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Janet C. Hall to 51 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for fentanyl and crack cocaine distribution offenses.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – DEA New England Division Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and Leonard C Boyle, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that Domenico Sandalo, 46, of Norwalk, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Vanessa L. Bryant to 120 months of imprisonment, followed by eight years of supervised release, for trafficking cocaine and other drugs.  Judge Bryant also ordered Sandalo to pay a $5,000 fine.

AUGUSTA, GA – An Augusta man has been sentenced to nearly 10 years in federal prison for a scheme that distributed methamphetamine in the Augusta area.

SAN ANTONIO – Doctor Hugo A. Rojas, owner of Hugo A. Rojas, M.D., P.A., and Family Clinics of San Antonio, has agreed to pay $350,000.00 under a civil settlement to resolve allegations he violated certain provisions of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and the False Claims Act (FCA), announced Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent in Charge Daniel C. Comeaux and  U.S. Attorney Ashley C. Hoff.
