TAMPA. Fla. – A federal jury has found Larome D. Waiters (31, Bradenton) guilty of possession of fentanyl and heroin with the intent to distribute, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Waiters faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years, and up to life, in federal prison.
His sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 21, 2021. Waiters had been indicted on October 1, 2019.

Howard Christopher Walters, also known as “Chris,” 43, was sentenced by U.S. Chief District Judge Beth Phillips on Tuesday, April 20, to 25 years in federal prison without parole. The court also ordered Walters to forfeit $976,862 to the government, which represents the profit he made from the sale of illegal drugs.

ST. LOUIS – Nicholas Trueblood, 26, of St. Charles, Missouri, pleaded guilty to four counts of possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine. Trueblood appeared today before U.S. District Judge Ronnie L. White.
Trueblood and his co-defendant were primarily distributing narcotics in the St. Charles County area. They were arrested and charged after selling narcotics to an undercover detective with the St. Charles County Regional Task Force.

L’équipage de l’USCG Cutter Tampa a passé mardi à Miami à décharger près de trois tonnes de cocaïne qu’ils ont intercepté dans la mer des Caraïbes au début du mois.
Le 9 avril, un vol de patrouille a repéré un «navire à profil bas» au large de Punta Gallinas, en Colombie.
À bord du bateau, ils ont trouvé 5 500 livres de cocaïne dans 87 balles. Trois suspects ont été placés en garde à vue et leur petite embarcation a été détruite car elle présentait un danger pour la navigation.

San Diego Man Sentenced to 188 Months in Fentanyl Overdose Death
SAN DIEGO – Jeffrey Alden Blair was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Anthony J. Battaglia to 188-months in prison for supplying the fentanyl that led to the fatal overdose of 45-year old Derrick Hotchkiss, a long-time rugby player for the San Diego Old Aztecs Rugby Football Club. Through his plea agreement, Blair admitted that the fentanyl he dealt caused Hotchkiss’ death and that he knowingly sold in excess of 400 grams of fentanyl.

Jury Finds Pair Guilty on Drug Trafficking Charges
ST. LOUIS – On Wednesday, a jury convicted Oscar Dillon, 47, of St. Charles County, Missouri, guilty of drug conspiracy, attempted obstruction of justice and money laundering.
The same jury also convicted Michael Grady, 65, of St. Louis, guilty of drug conspiracy, attempted obstruction of justice and money laundering. The jury found Grady not guilty on an additional charge of witness tampering.
U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey presided over the trial, which lasted more than two weeks.

According to court documents and statements made in court, in February and March of 2020, a cooperating individual made four controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Jacques in Suncook, Concord, and Dover, New Hampshire.

MIAMI – South Florida federal prosecutors have charged the leader of a notorious Mexican drug cartel and five others for their alleged roles in importing into the United States over 500 kilograms of Mexican methamphetamine. In the largest methamphetamine seizure in Miami-Dade County history, law enforcement agents seized the over 1,200 pounds of crystal meth before it ever hit the streets.

OMAHA, Neb. –Seizures of fentanyl and heroin made by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in North Dakota increased in 2020 with investigators seeing a 223 percent increase from 2019 in the two drugs combined.
Fentanyl, estimated at approximately 100 times more potent than morphine and 50 times more potent than heroin, was seized by DEA for the first time in North Dakota since 2016. Found primarily in counterfeit pills, but on occasion in powder form, just two milligrams of fentanyl, or the equivalent of a few grains of salt, is considered a lethal dose.

TAMPA, Fla. – Jason A. Crowder (42, Zephyrhills) was sentenced to 10 years and 1 month in federal prison for possession with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Crowder had pleaded guilty on December 8, 2020.
According to court documents, on January 17, 2020, deputies from the Pasco Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Crowder’s residence and recovered 325 grams of methamphetamine from a safe inside the home.

A federal grand jury indictment unsealed today charges the following defendants with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance:

SAN ANTONIO – In Del Rio yesterday, a federal judge sentenced Houston resident Michael Dewayne Dennis, aka Michael Spiller, to 18 years in federal prison for leading a conspiracy that distributed over 11,000 kilograms of marijuana throughout the country, announced Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent in Charge Daniel C. Comeaux, Houston Division; U.S. Attorney Ashley C. Hoff; Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Deputy Special Agent in Charge Craig Larrabee, San Antonio Division.

OMAHA, Neb. –The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is reporting a 30 percent increase in fentanyl seizures in Minnesota for 2020, after investigators pulled 6.2 kilograms, or the equivalent of more than three million lethal doses, off the streets. Included in the 6.2 kilograms are more than 55,000 counterfeit pills, many laced with potentially lethal doses of fentanyl.

ST. LOUIS – U.S. District Judge Rodney W. Sippel sentenced Teran Martin to 120 months in prison today and ordered Martin to forfeit $23,488 and the several firearms law enforcement seized in the course of investigating the crimes charged.
The 27-year-old Ferguson, Missouri, resident had previously pleaded guilty to one count of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute and one count of possessing one or more firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Les quatorze premiers cas observés dans le précédent article nous donnent déjà un tableau affolant du tonnage de cocaïne que ces avions « anonymisés » ont amené en Amérique Centrale, en se fournissant pour la plupart au Venezuela.
Avec à la clé des cas pendables comme j’ai pu vous le conter ici depuis des années. Cela rapportait de l’argent, mais ça ne semble pas avoir suffit à l’appétit de la dame, qui en plus, y a ajouté toute une cavalcade financière établie par le juge comme suivant un schéma typique de Ponzi, dans lequel, on le sait, seuls ceux placés (par eux-mêmes) au sommet de la pyramide touchent le gros lot. On aura ravagé des Etats entiers pour le seul goût du lucre !!
Avec le N939RR, notre quinzième cas d’étude retenu par le juge, Villaurrutia avait encore augmenté la dose (si on peut dire) : cette fois c’était un gros bimoteur à réaction, un vieux Gulfstream qui avait joué les avions de brousse à San Andres, dans le Peten. Selon notre juge, « vers le 11 janvier 2017, Texton a acheté le N939RR et l’a enregistré auprès de la FAA sous Texton. Villaurrutia est l’unique propriétaire et président de Texton. Malgré les déclarations de Texton selon lesquelles il était propriétaire de l’aéronef, d’autres entités ont financé et exploité l’appareil. Le 29 mai 2018 ou vers cette date, Villaurrutia a désenregistré l’appareil pour l’exporter vers le Mexique. Le 16 décembre 2019 ou vers cette date, l’aéronef a été saisi au Guatemala avec environ 2 572 kilogrammes de cocaïne » (oui, vous avez bien lui : deux tonnes et demie à bord, un sacré record). « TWA n’avait fait aucun dépôt d’exportation », note le juge. 
Or, extérieurement il affichait être devenu le XB-PVI !!! On l’avait retrouvé, comme beaucoup d’autres, l’intérieur dévasté et vidé pour faire place à l’énorme chargement de cocaïne, celle-ci ayant été retrouvée à proximité dans deux pick-ups. Son arrivée avait été détectée et filmée de bout en bout par le Cessna-espion de l’armée mexicaine (un Cessna Citation 560 (OT-47B, numéroté FAC5764).
Avec le N990PA, il était revenu à se anciens amours : les jets privés des tous débuts. « Le 9 mai 2018 ou vers cette date, Villaurrutia a acheté le N990PA et l’a enregistré auprès de la FAA sous TWA. Malgré les déclarations de TWA selon lesquelles il était propriétaire de l’aéronef, d’autres entités ont financé et exploité l’aéronef.
Le 22 mars 2019 ou vers cette date, l’avion s’est écrasé au Honduras avec un kilogramme de cocaïne à bord et une arme à feu. Le 25 mars 2019, Villaurrutia a désenregistré l’avion en reconnaissant qu’il avait été exporté et avait été détruit. TWA et ses co-conspirateurs n’avaient fait aucune demande d’exportation ».
On reste toujours chez le même avionneur avec le N368AG, ce qui implique le retour vers les vieux Gulfstream, avec cet exemplaire à la décoration fort particulière et fort reconnaissable. « Vers le 2 août 2019, Villaurrutia a acheté le N368AG et l’a enregistré auprès de la FAA sous TWA. Villaurrutia a conclu un accord de sûreté aérienne avec AW Asset Holdings, LLC, une société située à Plano, Texas (dirigée par Francisco Daniel Dauajare). AW Asset Holdings a conclu cet accord avec TWA vers le 2 août 2019. Vers le 2 août 2019, Villaurrutia a déposé une déclaration d’opération internationale pour voler de Wichita, Kansas à Cancun, Mexique. TWA et ses co-conspirateurs n’ont fait aucun des dépôts d’exportation. Le 15 octobre 2019 ou vers cette date, cet avion a été vendu à SMB G-IV IX LLC (de Longwood en Floride).« L’appareil est resté un mois tout juste chez TWA. La société appartient à Seth Bernstein, d’Alliance Bernstein, une société d’assurance de Nashville, dont 64 % est détenu par l’assureur français AXA !!! On ignore ce qu’en pense son PDG Thomas Buberl…

MADISON, Wis. – Special Agent in Charge Robert J. Bell, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) – Chicago Division and Acting United States Attorney Timothy M. O’Shea announced that David E. Eckerle, M.D., a Madison, Wisconsin physician, entered into a settlement agreement to pay $110,000 to resolve civil allegations that he violated the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) related to the manner in which he was prescribing opioids and other controlled substances.

Lausch, Jr., United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois announced, a federal grand jury in Chicago has indicted five suspected associates of the Sinaloa Cartel on drug trafficking charges for allegedly conspiring to distribute cocaine in the Chicago area. One defendant was recently extradited to the United States to face the charges.
