TAMPA. Fla. – A federal jury has found Larome D. Waiters (31, Bradenton) guilty of possession of fentanyl and heroin with the intent to distribute, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Waiters faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years, and up to life, in federal prison.
His sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 21, 2021. Waiters had been indicted on October 1, 2019.

ST. LOUIS – Nicholas Trueblood, 26, of St. Charles, Missouri, pleaded guilty to four counts of possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine. Trueblood appeared today before U.S. District Judge Ronnie L. White.
Trueblood and his co-defendant were primarily distributing narcotics in the St. Charles County area. They were arrested and charged after selling narcotics to an undercover detective with the St. Charles County Regional Task Force.

ST. LOUIS – Darryl Lennell Moore, 32, of St. Louis, pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute a controlled substance, one involving fentanyl, the other involving methamphetamine.

San Diego Man Sentenced to 188 Months in Fentanyl Overdose Death
SAN DIEGO – Jeffrey Alden Blair was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Anthony J. Battaglia to 188-months in prison for supplying the fentanyl that led to the fatal overdose of 45-year old Derrick Hotchkiss, a long-time rugby player for the San Diego Old Aztecs Rugby Football Club. Through his plea agreement, Blair admitted that the fentanyl he dealt caused Hotchkiss’ death and that he knowingly sold in excess of 400 grams of fentanyl.

Jury Finds Pair Guilty on Drug Trafficking Charges
ST. LOUIS – On Wednesday, a jury convicted Oscar Dillon, 47, of St. Charles County, Missouri, guilty of drug conspiracy, attempted obstruction of justice and money laundering.
The same jury also convicted Michael Grady, 65, of St. Louis, guilty of drug conspiracy, attempted obstruction of justice and money laundering. The jury found Grady not guilty on an additional charge of witness tampering.
U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey presided over the trial, which lasted more than two weeks.

CONCORD, NH – DEA New England Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and Acting United States Attorney John J. Farley announced that Nadine Jacques, 46, of Pembroke, was sentenced to 129 months in federal prison for methamphetamine trafficking.
According to court documents and statements made in court, in February and March of 2020, a cooperating individual made four controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Jacques in Suncook, Concord, and Dover, New Hampshire.

MIAMI – South Florida federal prosecutors have charged the leader of a notorious Mexican drug cartel and five others for their alleged roles in importing into the United States over 500 kilograms of Mexican methamphetamine. In the largest methamphetamine seizure in Miami-Dade County history, law enforcement agents seized the over 1,200 pounds of crystal meth before it ever hit the streets.

OMAHA, Neb. –Seizures of fentanyl and heroin made by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in North Dakota increased in 2020 with investigators seeing a 223 percent increase from 2019 in the two drugs combined.
Fentanyl, estimated at approximately 100 times more potent than morphine and 50 times more potent than heroin, was seized by DEA for the first time in North Dakota since 2016. Found primarily in counterfeit pills, but on occasion in powder form, just two milligrams of fentanyl, or the equivalent of a few grains of salt, is considered a lethal dose.

TAMPA, Fla. – Jason A. Crowder (42, Zephyrhills) was sentenced to 10 years and 1 month in federal prison for possession with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Crowder had pleaded guilty on December 8, 2020.
According to court documents, on January 17, 2020, deputies from the Pasco Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Crowder’s residence and recovered 325 grams of methamphetamine from a safe inside the home.

Selon notre juge, « vers le 11 janvier 2017, Texton a acheté le N939RR et l’a enregistré auprès de la FAA sous Texton. Villaurrutia est l’unique propriétaire et président de Texton. Malgré les déclarations de Texton selon lesquelles il était propriétaire de l’aéronef, d’autres entités ont financé et exploité l’appareil. Le 29 mai 2018 ou vers cette date, Villaurrutia a désenregistré l’appareil pour l’exporter vers le Mexique. Le 16 décembre 2019 ou vers cette date, l’aéronef a été saisi au Guatemala avec environ 2 572 kilogrammes de cocaïne » (oui, vous avez bien lui : deux tonnes et demie à bord, un sacré record). « TWA n’avait fait aucun dépôt d’exportation », note le juge.
Or, extérieurement il affichait être devenu le XB-PVI !!! On l’avait retrouvé, comme beaucoup d’autres, l’intérieur dévasté et vidé pour faire place à l’énorme chargement de cocaïne, celle-ci ayant été retrouvée à proximité dans deux pick-ups. Son arrivée avait été détectée et filmée de bout en bout par le Cessna-espion de l’armée mexicaine (un Cessna Citation 560 (OT-47B, numéroté FAC5764).

Le 25 mars 2019, Villaurrutia a désenregistré l’avion en reconnaissant qu’il avait été exporté et avait été détruit. TWA et ses co-conspirateurs n’avaient fait aucune demande d’exportation ».
On reste toujours chez le même avionneur avec le N368AG, ce qui implique le retour vers les vieux Gulfstream, avec cet exemplaire à la décoration fort particulière et fort reconnaissable. « Vers le 2 août 2019, Villaurrutia a acheté le N368AG et l’a enregistré auprès de la FAA sous TWA. Villaurrutia a conclu un accord de sûreté aérienne avec AW Asset Holdings, LLC, une société située à Plano, Texas (dirigée par Francisco Daniel Dauajare). AW Asset Holdings a conclu cet accord avec TWA vers le 2 août 2019. Vers le 2 août 2019, Villaurrutia a déposé une déclaration d’opération internationale pour voler de Wichita, Kansas à Cancun, Mexique. TWA et ses co-conspirateurs n’ont fait aucun des dépôts d’exportation. Le 15 octobre 2019 ou vers cette date, cet avion a été vendu à SMB G-IV IX LLC (de Longwood en Floride).« L’appareil est resté un mois tout juste chez TWA. La société appartient à Seth Bernstein, d’Alliance Bernstein, une société d’assurance de Nashville, dont 64 % est détenu par l’assureur français AXA !!!
