En Corse, 340 000 citoyens vivent au quotidien d’énormes dysfonctionnements démocratiques et administratifs : la santé, la justice, l’indépendance de la presse ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Les richesses sont de plus en plus concentrées, comme pour rattraper un retard avec la situation du continent… Les atteintes à l’environnement suivent le même chemin.
La tentation est grande de renvoyer les citoyens à leur responsabilité individuelle. Pourtant, depuis une dizaine d’années, des citoyens alertent : corruption des milieux politiques et économiques, criminalité environnementale, fraudes aux subventions agricoles… 2 collectifs “antimafia”, des associations de préservation de l’environnement et de lutte contre la corruption réclament des mesures à l’État et aux élus locaux (Collectivité de Corse, parlementaires, députés européens, maires).
Quelles sont les réponses de l’État et des élus en application du principe fondamental qui édicte que «La Société a le droit de demander compte à tout Agent public de son administration.» ?

CARAIBES 🇫🇷 (OFAST) : 1328 kg de cocaïne ont été saisis sur un voilier au large de la Martinique 🇲🇶 en fin d’après-midi samedi 10 septembre 2022. Opération réalisée par l’équipage du Dumon d’Urville avec l’appui des garde-côtes des douanes.
Plusieurs organismes de l’État ont travaillé sur cette opération qui a permis de réaliser une saisie record. Sans oublier, une coopération avec les autorités judiciaires espagnoles.
La cocaïne conditionnée dans 47 ballots a été découverte par l’équipage du Dumon d’Urville.
Les trois membres d’équipage ont été interpellés et conduit à Fort-de-France. La cargaison et le voilier (pavillon espagnol) ont également été ramenés en Martinique.

El primer decomiso de 2.782 kilos se hizo en el puerto de la ciudad de Barranquilla, en donde se encontró la cocaína que iba a ser enviada a Valencia, en España, mezclada con sustrato de coco. En forma casi simultánea se confiscó en el puerto de Santa Marta un cargamento de 1.811 kilos en un contenedor con frutas con destino a Bélgica. El tercer cargamento, de 410 kilos de cocaína, también se decomisó en Barranquilla, precisó la policía.

CORSE 🇫🇷 (A droga Fora) : Core in Fronte appelle, encore une fois, les Corses à se mobiliser contre ce fléau
« A Droga Fora ! Ùn hè nè moda, nè libertà ! ». Dans un tweet, Core in Fronte dénonce le péril que représente la drogue pour les jeunes Corses. Saisissant l’occasion d’une vidéo qui circule sur les réseaux sociaux, il appelle à lutter contre ce fléau
Un sursaut collectif
La lutte contre la drogue est un combat récurrent pour le mouvement nationaliste. Le 22 mars 2022, il avait initié une série d’actions de tractage dans plusieurs villes de Corse avec le slogan « A droga fora ». Des rassemblements avec distributions de tracts avaient eu lieu simultanément à Aiacciu, Bastia, Porti Vechju, Pruprià, L’Isula, Ponte Leccia, Lucciana, Folelli et San Fiurenzu. « La drogue n’a jamais été aussi présente en Corse. Elle touche toutes les couches sociales, toutes les générations. La cocaïne et le crack se banalisent. L’Etat français porte une lourde responsabilité sur cette prolifération, il a toujours privilégié la lutte contre les nationalistes. La drogue, c’est l’aliénation, ne rien faire, c’est cautionner ! La drogue ne peut être un mode de vie sur notre terre et que le trafic est aux mains des crapules. Prutenimu a nostra ghjuventu da per noi », déclarait le tract. Dans sa ligne de mire : les bandes qui recrutent sans relâche « des sous-fifres pour inonder la Corse de cette pourriture empoisonnant leurs propres enfants ». Le mouvement prône un sursaut collectif pour mettre un coup d’arrêt à cette dérive et marginaliser les vendeurs d’où qu’ils viennent.

FRANCE 🇫🇷 (Bretagne) : le cannabis arrivait des Etats-unis

Tout est parti d’une découverte par les douanes à l’aéroport de Roissy le lundi 12 septembre 2022. Un Vannetais de 41 ans avait reçu un colis avec un jeu de Monopoly et… 500 grammes de cannabis.
La police prend le relais de la douane. Deux autres individus sont interpellés le 13 septembre. Le deuxième homme arrêté à Ménimur est le présumé commanditaire du réseau. Il est bien connu des services de police pour des faits similaires. Un troisième individu s’occupait de la vente à Belz et Etel dans le Pays d’Auray depuis au moins 6 mois.
En tout, les forces de l’ordre vont mettre la main sur 12 000 euros, 1,4 kg de cannabis, de la cocaïne et une arme chez le présumé commanditaire.

FRANCE 🇫🇷 (Justice) : François Thierry renvoyé aux assises par des ‘chevaliers blancs’ dalloziens et … non lieu pour les magistrats Véronique Degermann et David Peyron
Après sept ans d’enquête, François Thierry, l’ancien patron de l’OCRTIS, devrait finalement être jugé pour faux en écriture publique, selon une ordonnance de mise en accusation (OMA) rendue par deux juges d’instruction lyonnais, le 30 août dernier.
Véronique Degermann et David Peyron, les magistrats mis en cause, ont quant à eux bénéficié d’un non-lieu mais ont été sévèrement égratignés par les juges d’instruction, ces derniers évoquant « d’incontestables manquements » déontologiques.
Pas de rappel de la guerre interservices et pourtant…le procureur Eric Bret confirme l’attitude scélérate de la DOD de la DNRED dirigée par Erwan Guilmin, l’ énarque administrateur civil devenu douanier avant de devenir un menteur et un faussaire en caviardant un document classé « secret défense »

FRANCE 🇫🇷 (Grenoble) : interception d’une cargaison de 200 kilos de haschich par l’OFAST
Lundi 12 septembre, trois trafiquants ont été interpellés suite à une enquête de plus de 7 mois, visant à démanteler un réseau d’importation de produits de stupéfiants alimentant l’économie souterraine du quartier de la Villeneuve.
Lors de ces interpellations, l’office anti-stupéfiant (OFAST) a saisi 200 kilos de résine de cannabis. « Les trois hommes arrêtés sont âgés de 20 à 30 ans et l’un d’entre eux était activement recherché suite à sa non-réintégration de la maison d’arrêt à l’issue d’une permission de sortie. Il avait depuis un an trouvé refuge en Espagne » précise Eric Vaillant, procureur de la République de Grenoble.
